Duration
4 hours 1 session part of a day
- 3 and half hours which are used for support, 30 minutes for reporting/documentation and sending a report document.
- The 4 hours must be consecutive be consumed in one morning or afternoon.
- For clarity, the principle is that the hours cannot be divided over multiple days.
8 hours 2 session parts of a day
- 7 hours which are used for support, 60 minutes for reporting/documentation and sending a report document.
- The 8 hours must be consecutivebe consumed in a morning and afternoon.
- For clarity, the principle is that the hours cannot be divided over multiple days .
- The session parts of a day may be consumed over several days.
Start time
This lies between 8.30 and 9.00 or between 13.00 and 14.00 hours
Under installation support we mean:
The product Imagesilo and its modules
- Installing the pluging on 1 or more clients
- Assisting in the design of the application based on your specified starting points
- If a design must be made or an anlayse than consulting hours should be purchased or we refer you to one of our partners.
- Answering questions regarding ImageSilo and its possibilities.
The product PaperVision Enterprise and its modules
- Installing the software on a server you designate(s)
- Installing the pluging on one or more clients
- Assisting in the design of the application based on your specified starting points
- If a design must be made or an anlayse than consulting hours should be purchased or we refer you to one of our partners.
- Answering questions regarding PaperVision Enterprise and its possibilities.
